Ballachurry Reserve's 10th Anniversary!

On Wednesday 21st June we are celebrating Ballachurry Reserve's Anniversary! Not only is it a year since the Reserve was handed over to the Manx Wildlife Trust but also 10 years since the reserve was started ( previously it was arable farmland)

Celebrations start at 6 p.m with Dawn Dickens, the Trust's Education Officer, leading a bug hunt round the Reserve. This will be followed around 7 p.m. by a wild flower walk led by Andree Dubbeldam, Wildflowers of Man project manager. Between the two events there might just be some birthday cake!
